Old Cyborgs

For the first time, Tad found herself noticing how old Flatline looked. He'd always looked the part of the seasoned veteran, of course, but mostly what people saw was the huge stature, the assortment of battle scars, and the accumulation of a quarter of a century's worth of cyberware. Right now, though, Tad couldn't help but see how deep the lines in his scarred face really were, how tired he looked around his artificial eyes, and how silver the roots of his hair were where the pink of his mohawk had grown out. 

Flatline's been rebuilt at least three times since 1987, and some days he really feels it.
