Tad - Step by Step

I don't know if this will be of much use as a tutorial as such, but wanted to see a step-by-step/tutorial of how I've been doing recently. And conveniently, I happened to be working on one such picture at the time, so I screenshotted as I went.

I'm using Photoshop Elements and a WACOM bamboo.
