This is for the rencent :iconlolth-scourge: competition on the theme of ambition.

This is Adrotha. Someday he wants to be the most awesome wizard in the whole universe ever. (Then again, what wizard DOESN'T want to be the most awesome wizard in the world ever?) He is also (as everyone, even his friends will tell you), completely bonkers. It runs in the family.

Adrotha is the sort of guy who takes a load of black candles upstairs and spends a week not coming out of his room , and, when asked what he's doing, replies with something like "hey, I don't see 15 naked succubi in YOUR room." He's the sort of guy who enchants breakfast cereal just because mornings are boring otherwise. He has a familiar which is part-bat, part ferret. Oh, and did I mention he's also technically undead? Interesting life he leads, eh?

So here he is, probably summoning something horrible from the bowels of hell. I wouldn't put it past him.

The effects used are some simple red lighting effects, :iconredheadstock:'s arcane circles brushes (awesome) and a few outer glows.

Adrotha!!!! He's my favourite because he's JUUUUUUUST like me ^_^ Of COURSE I'd enchant breakfast cereal! It's fun to watch them tap dance across your spoon and then battle each other for the prestogious honour of CROWN PRINCE OF CEREAL!!! ^_^

Thanks, glad you like! On the original pencil sketch it didn't look very eerie, it just looked like Adrotha sitting there with his arms outstretched. Like he was yelling "PLEASE SIR! GIVE ME BACK MY BISCUIT TIN!" or something.
